The heating roller has one thermistor and two thermostats. An additional two thermistors
(non-contact) are provided at the center and ends of the heating roller.
Thermistors take heat readings that the machine uses for fusing temperature control.
Thermostats are trip devices with hysterisis elements that will trip if a component
overheats in their vicinity. When the thermostat trips, this shuts down the fusing unit.
