Procedure
1. Turn the machine off.
2. Install the new HDD.
3. Turn the machine on.
4. The address book and its initial data are created on the HDD
automatically. However, at this point the address book can be accessed
by only the system administrator or key operator.
5. Enter the SP mode and do SP5846 041. After this SP executes
successfully, any user can access the address book.

Initialize Local Address Book

Clears all of the address information from the local address book of a
machine managed with UCS.
Initialize Delivery Addr Book

Push [Execute] to delete all items (this does not include user codes) in the
delivery address book that is controlled by UCS.
Initialize LDAP Addr Book

Push [Execute] to delete all items (this does not include user codes) in the
LDAP address book that is controlled by UCS.
Initialize All Addr Book

Clears everything (including users codes) in the directory information
managed by UCS. However, the accounts and passwords of the system
administrators are not deleted.
