This SP switches on stopping the scanning entrance roller for all paper sizes.
Normally, the scanning entrance roller stops briefly to correct skew of small
paper sizes in the ADF paper path and for the 2nd side scanning of originals
during duplexing. Setting this SP to "1" sets the ADF to stop the scanning
entrance roller for all paper sizes to correct for skew a second time.
