wlan frequency band (client)
Description
With this command, you specify the frequency band for the WLAN interface.
Note
This command is only available in the client mode.
You are in the Interface Configuration mode of the WLAN interface.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli (config-if-wlan-0-X)#
Call up the command with the following parameters:
wlan frequency band { all | 2.4 | 5 }
The parameters have the following meaning:
Both frequency bands are used.
Default settings: WLAN1: 2.4 GHz
Frequency band 5.2 (4.9; 5.6; 5.8) GHz
The frequency band for the WLAN interface is specified.
You display the setting with the show wlan basic <wlan 0/X> command.
