vap communication with own-vap (access point)
Description
With this command, you specify that the clients logged on to the same SSID of an access
point can communicate with each other.
Note
This command is availabl
e only in access point mode.
Requirement
You are in the Interface Configuration mode of the VAP interface.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli (config-if-vapX-0-Y)#
Syntax
Call the command without parameter assignment:
vap communication with own-vap
Result
The communication option on the same SSID of an access point is enabled.
Further notes
You display the settings with the show wlan security <vapX 0/Y> command.
You disable the function with the
no vap communication with own-vap command.
