Access: Calibration Unit wizard (MultiCal), Step 1: "Ports" > "Add..." / "Modify..."

The "Multiple Cal in Calibration Wizard" (MultiCal) feature is disabled by default
and has to be activated in the Calibration tab of the "System Config" dialog.

The layout of the main panel depends on the number of test ports available.
