confidential or transfer
mode
 Check the line connection.
 Check the FCU - NCU connectors.
 Replace the NCU or FCU.
 Try adjusting the tx level and/or cable
equalizer settings.
 The other end may have disconnected, or
it may be defective; try calling another
machine.
 If the rx signal level is too low, there may
be a line problem.
