removed while the machine is
on.
Insert the SD card, then turn the
machine OFF and ON.
SD card error 3: SD card access

An error occurred while an SD
card is being used.
SD card not inserted correctly
SD card defective
Controller board defective
Note: If you want to try to reformat the
SC card, use SD Formatter Ver 1.1.
Address book data error
The address book data cannot be read
from the HDD, SD card or flash ROM on
the controller where it is stored, or the data
read from the media is defective.
Software defective.
Cycle the machine
off/on, then replace the
controller firmware.
HDD defective.

More Details:
Do SP5846-50 (UCS Settings – Initialize all Directory Info.) to reset all
address book data.
Reset the user information with SP5832-6 (HDD Formatting– User
Info).
Replace the HDDs.
