no snmp-server
host
This command removes the specified host entry.
snmp-server user This command creates an SNMPv3 user for access to the system.
Parameter Description
host-addr The IPv4 or IPv6 address of the host to send the trap
or inform to.
traps Send SNMP traps to the host. This option is selected
by default.
version 1 Sends SNMPv1 traps. This option is not available if
informs is selected.
version 2 Sends SNMPv2c traps. This option is not available if
informs is selected. This option is selected by
default.
informs Send SNMPv2 informs to the host.
seconds The number of seconds to wait for an
acknowledgement before resending the Inform. The
default is 15 seconds. The range is 1 to 300 seconds.
retries The number of times to resend an Inform. The
default is 3 attempts. The range is 0 to 255 retries.
community-string Community string sent as part of the notification.
The range is 1 to 20 characters.
port The SNMP Trap receiver port. The default is port
162.
filter-name The filter name to associate with this host. Filters
can be used to specify which traps are sent to this
host. The range is 1 to 30 characters.
