320 Spanning Tree Protocol Commands
A bridge that receives a RLQ request and does not have connectivity to the root
(switch bridge ID is different from the root bridge ID in the query) or is the root
bridge immediately answers the query with its root bridge ID.
RLQ responses are flooded on designated ports.
