is configured the core file name takes the
hostname
, otherwise the
core-file names uses the MAC address when generating a core dump file. The
prefix length is 15 characters.
no exception core-
file
Use this command to reset the exception core file prefix configuration to its
factory default value. The hostname and time-stamp are disabled.
exception switch-
chip-register
This command enables or disables the switch-chip-register dump in case of an
exception. The switch-chip-register dump is taken only for a master unit and not
for member units
exception dump ftp-
server
This command configures the IP address of remote FTP server to dump core files
to an external server. If the username and password are not configured, the switch
uses anonymous FTP. (The FTP server should be configured to accept
anonymous FTP.)
