406 Port-Based Network Access Control Commands
no dot1x port-
control all
This command sets the authentication mode on all ports to the default value.
dot1x mac-auth-
bypass
If the 802.1X mode on the interface is mac-based, you can optionally use this
command to enable MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB) on an interface. MAB
is a supplemental authentication mechanism that allows 802.1X unaware clients
ā such as printers, fax machines, and some IP phones ā to authenticate to the
network using the client MAC address as an identifier.

This command sets the MAB mode on the ports to the default value.
dot1x re-
authenticate
This command begins the reauthentication sequence on the specified port. This
command is only valid if the control mode for the specified port is auto or mac-
based. If the control mode is not auto or mac-based, an error will be returned.
dot1x re-
authentication
This command enables reauthentication of the supplicant for the specified
interface or range of interfaces.
