reset recycle-bin file-url

Parameter
file-url: The name of the file to be deleted.
Description
Using reset recycle-bin command, you can permanently delete files from the recycle
bin.
The delete command only puts the file into the recycle bin, but reset recycle-bin
command will delete this file permanently.
Example
# Delete the file from the recycle bin.
<Quidway> reset recycle-bin flash:/p1h_logic.out
Clear flash:/plh_logic.out? [Y/N]:y
Clearing files from flash may take a long time. Please wait.
%Cleared file unit1>flash:/~/ plh_logic.out.
