Query Syntax
:WAVeform:XINCrement?
The :WAVeform:XINCrement? query returns the x- increment value for the
currently specified source. This value is the time difference between
consecutive data points in seconds.
Return Format
<value><NL>
<value> ::= x-increment in the current preamble in 64-bit
floating point NR3 format
