Try changing the Set/Group, GrpParts, GrpDistribution
Also try changing the GrpParts to 8 and shortening the StepTime to be about 0.5 seconds and the
lights will overlap. Notice that with GrpParts at 4 and StepTime at 0.5 there is not enough time for the
fixtures to move to the background state (pointing out with no light output).

Try changing the Attack, Sustain and Release times on this effect. Sustain and Release are used in
Break mode effects.
