Hold SHIFT (keyboard) or SELECT and click to select a range of multiple items of the same kind.
Hold SELECT and use arrows in console.
Hold CTRL (keyboard) and click to select multiple items of the same kind in a random order. This is
only possible with mouse/trackball and keyboard.
