Main Playback - Refresh Functions
The REFRESH key in the Main Playback can be used to refresh any part of a channel to the resulting
state of the current Sequence Step in the Main Playback.

NOTE
The changed flags are cleared for what you refresh.
The Refresh function will take the currently focused channel into account if
you are using NEXT/LAST.
