Exit to System Settings
The System Settings is where you configure time, nationality, output,
network, protocols and software update/upgrade.
The Cobalt System Settings are opened from the Welcome Screen, or from the Browser (Browser
>Files >Exit To System Settings). If you start an offline system all of the options will not be available,
since they relate to the hardware of a console.
