1. Open Patch Wizard
2. Activate Clone tab
3. Select target channels (they shall already have templates assigned in the Device List).
4. Select source channel
5. Press Execute
The parameter data from the source channel is cloned to the parameters of the target channels.
The clone function requires that the target channels are patched with an appropriate template and
configured before cloning. Best results are obtained when the target channels use the same template as
the source channel.
Cloning to a different fixture type
Cloning will copy all matching parameter data from a source channel to target channels across the
play file. Parameters are matched by name. Cloning copies raw DMX values, so some editing may
still be needed after cloning. Parameters that do not match between source channel and target channels
will be hidden.
