NOTE
The Time Editor follows the setting of the "Times in A/B" parameter in the
Cobalt Setup (SETUP or F11).
The WAF box allows you to toggle between Wait, Alert and Followon time
for this step.
The first six existing Channel Times can be edited directly in the Channel Times tab.
