8.12 cdp timer
The cdp timer Global Configuration mode command specifies how often CDP
packets are transmitted. The no format of this command returns to default.
Syntax
cdp timer
seconds
no cdp timer
Parameters
• seconds —Value of the Transmission Timer in seconds. Range: 5-254
seconds.
Default Configuration
60 seconds.
