• reauth-period seconds —Number of seconds between re-authentication
attempts. (Range: 300-4294967295).

The command is only applied to the 802.1x authentication method.

Use the dot1x timeout server-timeout Interface Configuration mode command to
set the time interval during which the device waits for a response from the
authentication server. Use the no form of this command to restore the default
configuration.

dot1x timeout server-timeout
seconds
no dot1x timeout server-timeout
Parameters
• server-timeout seconds —Specifies the time interval in seconds during
which the device waits for a response from the authentication server.
(Range: 1–65535 seconds).
