Example
The following example enables Flow Control on port gi11
switchxxxxxx(config)# interface gi11
switchxxxxxx(config-if)# flowcontrol on
18.10 mdix
To enable cable crossover on a given interface, use the mdix Interface (Ethernet)
Configuration mode command. To disable cable crossover, use the no form of this
command.
Syntax
mdix
{on | auto}
no mdix
Parameters
• on—Enables manual MDIX.
• auto—Enables automatic MDI/MDIX.
Default Configuration
The default setting is Auto.
