Example
The following command manually initiates re-authentication of 802.1X-enabled

dot1x re-authenticate

2.18 dot1x reauthentication
Use the dot1x reauthentication Interface Configuration mode command to enable
periodic re-authentication of the client. Use the no form of this command to return
to the default setting.
Syntax
dot1x reauthentication
no dot1x reauthentication
Parameters
N/A
Default Configuration
Periodic re-authentication is disabled.
Command Mode
Interface (Ethernet) Configuration mode
Example

reauthentication
2.19 dot1x system-auth-control
Use the dot1x system-auth-control Global Configuration mode command to
enable 802.1X globally. Use the no form of this command to restore the default
configuration.
