Example
The following example enables auto-negotiation on gi11.
switchxxxxxx(config)# interface gi11
switchxxxxxx(config-if)# negotiation
18.9 flowcontrol
To configure the Flow Control on a given interface, use the flowcontrol Interface
(Ethernet, Port Channel) Configuration mode command. To disable Flow Control,
use the no form of this command.
Syntax
flowcontrol
{auto | on | off}
no flowcontrol
Parameters
• auto—Specifies auto-negotiation of Flow Control.
• on—Enables Flow Control.
• off—Disables Flow Control.
Default Configuration
Flow control is Disabled.
