If this option is set to ON, Telephone Number is used
the same as CLI Number.
That means, when the mobile user calls to his
station, if Telephone Number or CLI Number is
matched with his mobile number, then the mobile
user hears system dial tone, and calling to outside is
available.
If this option is set to OFF, only CLI Number is
matched, system dial tone is served.
