ACD 403 ICLID USAGE

Within 5 seconds of a guaranteed
announcement, the caller may dial
digits as an ICLID. The User dialed
digits are compared to the ICLID Table
entries, PGM 203 for routing or, for a
single dialed digit, to the ACD CCR
table PGM 191 BTN 23.
