the call may queue to the station
instead of receiving busy tone. With
Call Wait, the caller will hear Ring-
back and the user sees the CO line

station, second ring assigned call
CLI will show in the station’s LCD.

system can translate the Mailbox
number from the user’s station
number to the assigned VMID. The
system sends the station number or
VMID to the VM (in-band or SMDI) in
order to identify the appropriate
