ipv6 nd ra-lifetime
Description
With this command, you configure the lifetime of the IPv6 router advertisement packets.
● IPv6 is activated
● The interface is an IP interface.
● You are in the Interface configuration mode
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config-if-$$)#
Call up the command with the following parameters:
ipv6 nd ra-lifetime <LifeTime (0-9000)>
The parameter has the following meaning:
Lifetime 0 ... 9000
The lifetime is configured.
You display this setting and other information with the show ipv6 interface command.
ipv6 nd suppress-ra
Description
With this command, you disable the distribution of IPv6 router advertisement packets. As
default, the router advertisements are disabled.
