ring-redundancy mode
Description
With this command, you enable the ring redundancy function on a device.
You are in the Global configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config)#
Call up the command with the following parameters:
ring-redundancy mode {ard | mrpauto | mrpclient | hrpclient | hrpmanager}
The parameters have the following meaning:
Enables the automatic redundancy mode (Automatic Redundancy Detec-
Enables the automatic MRP manager
Enables ring redundancy with the MRP protocol as client
Enables ring redundancy with the HRP protocol as client
Enables ring redundancy with the HRP protocol in ring redundancy manag-
The ring redundancy function is enabled and the redundancy mode is selected.
You disable the ring redundancy function with the no ring-redundancy command.
