Call up the command with the following parameters:
qos-trust-mode interface <interface-type> <interface-id > {untrust|cos|dscp|cos-dscp}
The parameters have the following meaning:
Keyword for a an interface description
Type or speed of the interface Enter a valid interface.
Module no. and port no. of the interface
Incoming packets are forwarded with the priority of the receiving port. If
there is a DSCP value in the IP header, this is ignored. If a VLAN tag
exists, it is replaced by the priority value of the receiving port.

If an incoming packet contains a VLAN tag, it is forwarded with this pri-
oritization. If there is a DSCP value in the IP header, this is ignored. If
the packet does not contain a VLAN tag it is forwarded with the prioritiza-
tion of the receiving port.

If an incoming packet contains a DSCP prioritization, it is forwarded with
this prioritization. If there is a VLAN tag, this is ignored. If the packet
does not contain DSCP prioritization it is forwarded with the prioritization

With an incoming packet, there is a sequential check to determine which
prioritization it contains. If it contains a DSCP prioritization, it is handled
as in the "Trust DSCP" mode. If it does not contain any DSCP prioritiza-
tion, it is checked for a VLAN tag. If it contains a VLAN tag, it is forward-
ed with this prioritization. If the packet does not contain DSCP
prioritization or a VLAN tag it is forwarded with the prioritization of the
