You can display the settings of this function and other information with the show sntp
status
command.
sntp unicast-server ipv4
Description
With this command, you configure an SNTP unicast server.
● The addressing mode of the SNTP client is configured as "unicast".
You are in the SNTP Configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config-sntp)#
Call up the command with the following parameters:
sntp unicast-server ipv4 <ucast_addr>[port<1025-36564>][poll<seconds(16-16284)>]
The parameter has the following meaning:
Value for an IPv4 unicast address Enter a valid IPv4 unicast
UDP port of the time server
• 1025 … 36564
Default: 123
Keyword for the time after which the time of day is

Value for the time in seconds
• 16...16284
For information on names of addresses and interfaces, refer to the section "Interface
identifiers and addresses (Page 25)".
The SNTP unicast server is configured.
You can reset the setting to the default with the no sntp unicast-server ipv4 command.
You display this setting and other information with the
show sntp unicast–mode status
command.
