With this command, you configure the method for calculating the checksum.
● The default list is not used.
● You are in the IPSEC PHASE configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config-conn-phs2)#
Call up the command with the following parameters:
esp-auth md5|sha1|sha512|sha256|sha384}
The parameters have the following meaning:
Message Digest Algorithm 5
Secure Hash Algortihm 1 with 160 bit
hash length
-
Secure Hash Algorithm 2 with 512 bit
-
Secure Hash Algorithm 2 with 256 bit
-
Secure Hash Algorithm 2 with 384 bit

The method for configuring the checksum is configured.
You display this setting and other information with the show ipsec conn-phase2 command.
You disable the use of the default list with the
no default-ciphers command.

Description
With this command, you configure the encryption algorithm.
