10.4.3 Play macro
Key programming is approved, see page 102.
Macro is available in current mode level.
Starting macro
The following describes the start of a macro per key. As an alternative you can start the
macro also via function "List macros
", see page 111.
Press <Record>.
Press key assigned to macro.
If the macro is protected with a password: Enter password and confirm.
The operating procedure saved by the macro is started. The following symbol ap-
pears on the screen during running: .
If the macro pauses for character input: enter character and press <OK>.
After macro is completed, the macro symbol on the display disappears.
Cancelling macro
A running macro can be cancelled at any time.
Press <Shift> and <Record>.
Select and confirm "Abort macro".
Set play delay
You can have the macro played after a delay for test purposes or in order to extend a mac-
ro. Enter a suitable play delay before the start
. Whenever it is played, after each operating
step, a pause is inserted to the length of the set play delay.
Press <Shift> and <Record>.
Go to the macro menu and select "Recording delay" and confirm.
Enter and confirm the play delay in milli-seconds.
After the test or after processing, enter a play delay of "0" to enable the
macros to be run without a delay
