Air convection
Free air convection must be able to form around the device in order to avoid inadmissible
heating.
Mains voltage
The permitted values can be found on the identification plate on the device and in chapter
Technical data.
Electrical charge
Packages may not be charged electrically when being transported to the Bizerba conveyor
belts.
Written permission for changes
Modifications to the devices require our prior written consent
.
2.8.1 On-site mains power supply
The installation of the mains power supply for connecting to our equipment must be carried
out in accordance with the international specifications and the regulations derived from
them. In case of a strongly contaminated network interference suppressing measures
need to be taken, e. g:
–
Provide separate power line to our devices.
– Include a capacitive decoupled isolation transformer or some other interference sup-
pressing device into the feeding lines to our devices.
2.8.2 Connecting lines to external devices
All connecting lines must be in shielded conduits/cables. Running of cables parallel to
power lines is not permitted. If this is unavoidable, a minimum distance of 0.5 m must be
kept.
2.8.3 Wireless LAN device network
Wireless LAN is a wireless network solution, that enables electronic devices to be net-
worked together without wiring
. The rules on the respective general allocation of frequen-
cies must be observed.
– The hardware must be approved for the respective country.
–
Radiation efficiency is dependent on country and predetermined
according to the statutory regulations in the respective country.
