Configure total evaluation A
<Main menu> / <Totalization> / <Evaluation of total> / <Evaluation of total A>
Make Settings, see page 79.
Close table.
To save the settings and to print the total evaluation, answer the security check with
<yes>.
22.11.3 Delete data records from total evaluations
Mode level: 3
<Etc> / <Evaluation of total> / <Delete single totals>
Select and confirm total evaluation.
A table appears with input fields on all the key attributes in the total evaluation.
Enter the attribute values from the data record you want to delete.
Close table.
In order to delete the data record, reply to security query with <yes>.
22.11.4 Delete data record range from total evaluation
Mode level: 3
<Etc> / <Evaluation of total> / <Delete area of total>
Select and confirm total evaluation.
Enter the start and end values for the range you want to delete in the table.
Close table.
In order to delete the range, reply to security query with <yes>.
22.11.5 Delete totals in total evaluations automatically
The total evaluations can be deleted automatically upon expiry of a specific period. The
following settings are possible
:
"Data set.. days ago": The totals in the total evaluation are deleted automatically when
the entered number of days has expired since adding the first
value in the total memory.
"not used since": The totals in the total evaluation are deleted when the entered
number of days has expired since adding the last value in the
total memory.
Mode level: 5
<Main menu> / <Totalization> / <Evaluation of total> / <Delete old total>
Enter values.
Close table.
To save settings reply to security query with <yes>.
