31.3.8 Guide rail calibration
First calibration or re-calibration of the motorized guide rails is necessary in the following
cases:
–
At first commissioning of the device.
– After adjustment of the fixed guide rail.
– If the device was switched off during device adjustment.
– If movement was blocked during device adjustment.
The following steps are required for calibration:
1. Move guide rails manually to obtain the greatest aperture width.
2. Fix one rail or engage both tilting levers.
3. Selection of operating mode.
4. Enter measured aperture width using the <Calibrate aper.width> softkey.
Mode level: 1
<Device menu> / <Guiding rails> / <Calibration guid. rails> / <Calibrate aper.width>
Enter measured aperture width in mm.
Press <OK>.
31.4 Metal detector
31.4.1 Activating or deactivating metal detectors
If the device is equipped with a metal detector, the latter can be activated or deactivated
here. The following settings are possible
:
– "With"
– "W/o". Default setting.
Mode level: 5
<Automat> / <Optional equipment> / <Metal detector>
Tap the softkey until the required setting is highlighted.
31.4.2 Entering the metal detector product number manually
The device can save product-specific parameters of the metal detector under a product
number. The product number is usually stored in the article data and called up together
with the PLU. Here you can enter the product number manually
. This is required if the
product number is not included in the PLU data.
Mode level: 1
<Device menu> / <Etc> / <Metal detector product no.>
Enter value and confirm input.
