29.3.2 Change horizontal and vertical print position
If the text is printed adjusted in a horizontal or vertical direction, you can correct this by
entering a dot value. Usually the adjustment value is entered specific to each label in the
label parameter table, see page 201. With this function you can enter or change the ad-
justment value for the current labeling job.
Positive and negative adjustment values have the following impact:
Vertical print position
– Move in printing direction: Enter positive value.
– Move against printing direction: Enter negative value.
Horizontal print position
– Move to the left: Enter positive value.
– Move to the right: Enter negative value.
The procedure is described for mode level 2. In mode level 1 you have to press <Etc> first.
The continued procedure is the same as in mode level 2.
Mode level: 1 or 2
<Labels> / <Printer menu>
Press <Hor. print position>.
or
Press <Vert. print position>.
Enter and confirm adjustment in dot.
29.3.3 Select position on rip-off edge
The back corner and front corner can be selected as the pull-off edge position.
Setting "LE":
The back edge of the printed label is positioned with reference
to the tear-off edge. Standard setting.
Setting "TE": The front edge of the next label is positioned at the tear-off
edge.
Mode level: 1 or 2
Mode level 1: <Etc> / <Labels> / <Printer menu> / <Position tearoffEdge>
or
Mode level 2: <Labels> / <Printer menu> / <Etc> / <Position tearoffEdge>
Tap the softkey until the required setting is highlighted.
