24 Operation
24.1 Switch on device
Switch on the device at least 20 minutes before starting production. It
takes this amount of time for the scales to reach the correct operating
temperature. If production is started earlier
, the precision of the weigh-
ing process might be affected.
If switching off device briefly, wait at least 10 seconds before switching
it on again to make sure that the device is switched off completely
.

Prerequisites:
–
The device has been installed properly and connected.
– The operating requirements are fulfilled.
– The weighing belt is empty.
Press the main switch or turn clockwise.
The main menu appears after a few seconds.
Wait 20 minutes until you start production.
24.2 Switching off device
Frequent breaks where the device is switched off can affect the preci-
sion of the weighing process
. Leave the device switched on during short
breaks in production. Do not switch off the device until production is
over.
Press <Stop>.
Press main switch or turn counterclockwise.
