If label sizes other than DIN A5 are used, the air-jet plate has to be adjusted to the rele-
vant label size.
The original labels are required to make the air-jet plate settings.

When labels smaller than DIN A5 are used, the label must completely cover the respective
last row of holes

of the jet plate. If this is not the case, the air-jet plate

can be adjus-
ted accordingly in both directions

6.9.1 Adjusting the DIN A5 label applicator
Proceed as follows:

Loosen the Torx screws

on both
sides of the labeling system

Adjust the jet plate until the foremost
row of holes is completely covered by
the label.
Tighten the Torx screws

on both
sides of the labeling system

6.10 Changing label roll
The label roll can easily be changed if the label roll is empty or if another label type is to be
inserted. Proceed as follows
:
Open right side door of the labeler.
