Select data
If not all data of the line back-up are to be loaded, deselect data that are not required,
see page 367
. Unselectable data are included in line back-up and cannot be loaded.
Load line backup
Close table with < >.
The data from each device is completely transferred before line backup of the next
device begins. Afterwards, the device is switched off and on automatically.
During line backup, the icon flashes in the display You can view status of data
transmission, see page 370. After loading process is completed a message appears.
27.1.4 Display status of line backup
During a line backup you can have the progress of data transmission displayed. The data
from each device is completely transferred before line backup of the next device begins
.
The table contains information on each device and data group as to whether the data has
already been transferred or not. The table has the following icons:
"OK": Date completely transmitted.
"X": Data is being transferred.
"---": Data are not being transferred.
Display of a number: An error has occurred. Tip the number. You will receive a plain
text message of the error.
Mode level: 5
<Storage medium> / <Line backup> / <Line state>
The status of the line back-up is displayed.
27.1.5 Delete line backup
Delete the line backups you no longer required.
Mode level: 5
Make sure that the storage medium is inserted in device.
<Storage medium> / <Line backup> / <Cancel line>
Select the line backup to be deleted.
CAUTION The device deletes the line backup immediately after it has
been exported!
Data loss during faulty selection.

Select line backup carefully.
Press <OK>.
The line backup has been deleted.
