labeling job.
15.6 Managing simple texts
Simple texts consist of a single line and contain up to 15 characters. Use simple texts for
delivery addresses
, dispatch types and store names, for example, on customer-specific la-
bels.
Allocation of simple texts to text fields on customer-specific labels as
well as definition of text sizes and other properties is handled via the re-
spective customer-specific label layout
.
Enter simple texts directly in article data, see page 131. After opening an article, the sim-
ple texts are displayed on the softkeys <Simple text 1
> to <Simple text 10>. Simple texts
can be temporarily changed for the current labeling job via the softkeys.
Example: <Simple text 5>. The procedure for the other simple texts is the same.
Mode level: 1 or 2
Mode level 1: <Etc> / <Texts> / <Etc> / <Simple texts 1-10> / <Simple text 5>
