3.2.1 Main switch
The main switch of the device is located at the switch cabinet.
Switch the device off at the main switch in the following situations:
– Imminent danger.
– Cleaning and maintenance outside of the switch cabinet.
DANGER Electrical voltage in the switch cabinet even when the main switch
is switched off!
Risk of death due to electrical shock.

Before carrying out work in the switch cabinet, disconnect the pow-
er connector.
– Work in the switch cabinet may only be carried out by qualified
trade personnel or Bizerba service technicians.
WARNING Compressed air supply remains on when device is switched off -
also if power supply is disconnected!
When working on the device risk of injury at compressed-air oper-
ated device parts.
– Switch of compressed air supply before start working on the de-
vice.
Secure rotary switch against being switched on again.
Put a padlock through the main switch and lock it.
Secure key switch against being switched on again
Pull out power plug.
Please make sure through appropriate measures like a warning plate at the mains
plug that the power plug is no longer plugged in by unauthorized persons
.
or
Separate on-site mains supply and secure against switching on again.
3.3 Plates on the device
The warning symbols listed in this chapter identify harzards which may occur during opera-
tion.
Unplug the mains plug
Remove the power plug before cleaning or before opening the
switch cabinet.
