13.8.1 Configure ingredient percentage

Whether and how an ingredient percentage is entered and taken into consideration, is de-

termined via the "Ingredient selection" table field in the PLU data. You can change the set-

ting for the current labeling job. The following settings are possible:

<W/o ingred. propor-

tion>:

Do not print ingredient share. Standard setting.

<Ingredients in %>: Print percentage of ingredient share.

<Ingredients absolute>: Print absolute ingredient share.

<Ingredients in 0.1 %>: Print ingredient shares in tenths of a percentage.

Mode level: 2

Press softkey with respective setting.

13.8.2 Enter ingredient share

The ingredient share is usually entered in the PLU data. You can change the ingredient

share for the current labeling job

. If necessary, you can apply your input to the PLU data.

Mode level: 2

The function is only active if in <Ingredient selection

> not<W/o ingred. proportion> is set.

Enter the ingredient share in the unit displayed.

To apply the value to the PLU data, activate the field "Save in database".

If the field is not activated, the value is only used for the current labeling job.

Press <OK>.

13.8.3 Print drained weight or net weight

Determine here which weight should be printed as the price-relevant weight. The setting

applies from the next labeling job and is not influenced when the PLU is changed

. The fol-

lowing settings are possible:

"Net": The net weight is used to calculate the price and printed as the

price-relevant weight (standard setting). The difference between

the net weight and share of ingredients is also printed in addi-

tion to the price-relevant net weight.

"Drain.": The difference between the net weight and share of ingredients

is used to calculate the price and printed as the price-relevant

net weight. Depending on the configuration, "Meat proport." or

"no" is printed as an additional text, see page 148.
