31.10.9 Troubleshooting
Prior to trouble shooting, make sure that the label dispenser has been
cleaned to rule out that glue and label residues cause the malfunction
.
Only qualified personnel or Bizerba service technicians may carry out
works on the device.
Wrinkled-up label
Problem Possible cause Possible solution
Wrong speed. Label dispenser runs too fast. Adjust speed in the label parame-
ters.
Product moves too slowly. Adjust conveying speed.
Label strip moves
obliquely

Label dispenser does not move
in parallel to conveying belt.
Rotate label dispenser until it is par-
allel to the conveying belt.
Label strip does not move
straight through labeler.
Adjust lateral control and guide disk
of label dispenser.
Incorrect positioned label
