31.3.7 Removing motorized guide rails
The motorized guide rails can be removed and remounted in order to clean the guide rails
themselves or conveyor belts and belt units
.

Removing guide rails:

Take hold of the star handles

with both hands and remove complete guide rail
from the mounting

pulling it upwards in direction of the arrow.

Clean guide rail and belt units, see page 377.
Repositioning guide rails:
–
Take hold of the star handles
1
with both hands and insert complete guide rail into
the mounting
2
downwards in direction of the arrow. Make sure that the driving pins
of the guide rails
3
engage in the guide rail plate.

Depending on the operating mode, automatically adjust one or both guide rails via the
corresponding softkeys, see page 424, and check correct positioning of the guide
rails.
