22.10.4 Delete total preselection data for a PLU
You can delete the total preselection data saved with a PLU.
If the totalization type <PLU - related> or <PLU dynamic> is set, and
you call up a PLU without total preselection data
, and empty total prese-
lection column is automatically displayed into which you can enter the
current total preselection data of your choice.
Mode level: 3 (local) or 4 (global)
Delete total preselection data for a PLU
<PLU> / <DelTot.Pre- sel.entry>
Enter and confirm the PLU number and, depending on the configuration, the customer
number.
In order to finally delete the data record, reply to security query with <yes>.
22.11 Total evaluation
As well as the general and PLU or weight class-specific total memories (total preselection
matrix), you may also choose from customer-specific total memories. You can add the fol-
lowing factors in customer-specific total memories.
– Total pieces
– Weight total
– Gross weight total
– Tare total
– Price total
You can evaluate the customer-specific total memory based on key attributes in three total
evaluations.
Totalization takes place for each total evaluation in a separate database
table. Only those factors are added together
, whose activity in the rela-
ted database table is set to "local" (standard setting). The database ta-
bles CONFSUM1, CONFSUM2 and CONFSUM3 are not defined for the
respective total evaluation until the key attributes are saved.
The configuration of the database is not subject of this documentation.
