25.5.2 Testing belt drives
Functions to test the following belt drives are available:
<Test IC>: Starts the feed belt for 2 seconds.
<Test SC>: Starts the separation belt for 2 seconds.
<Test WC>: Starts the weighing belt for 2 seconds.
<Test LC 1> to
<Test LC 4>:
Starts the respective labeling belt for 2 seconds.
Mode level: 5
<Service menu> / <Automat> / <Test belt drive>
Press the required softkey.
The conveyor belt starts immediately and stops after 2 seconds.
25.5.3 Test printer
The following functions are available to test the label printer:
<Printer ONLINE>:
Deletes the working memory for label printing. The next single
label is prepared completely from scratch.
<Printer OFFLINE>: Activates printing of a test label, as follows:
– activate once: normal test picture
– activate twice: smaller test picture
Start printing with <Start printing> softkey.
<Start printing>: Starts printing a test label.
<Printer status>: Indicates status of printer. Possible settings:
– "Std.": no status display. Standard setting.
– "Bin.": Status display.
The following printer stati are displayed:
– "Idle": Printer task is waiting for jobs.
– "Print": Print job is running.
– "PQuick": Print job is running.
– "WBer.": Printer task is waiting until tear-off light barrier is
free again.
– "Feed": Empty feed cycle is running.
– "InitC": Cold start initialization for printer task is running.
– "Prep.": Preparatory calculation for label is running.
Mode level: 5
<Service menu> / <Printer>
Press softkey with respective Function.
