22.11.2 Configure total evaluations A to C
In a table, allocate the ranges you want evaluated to the total evaluations A, B and C
based on the respective key attributes. In addition make settings to determine printing, cal-
culation of the average value and if necessary how to handle returned goods.
The following settings are possible:
"...Start", "...End": Enter a start and and end value for each key attribute. This is
how you define a range that is used as a base for total evalua-
tion, e.g. PLU numbers 200 to 300.
"Print options": Adjust to determine the following:
the key attribute according to which the printout should be
grouped
whether the total should only be printed for specific key at-
tributes
The content of the selection list depends on the key attributes
allocated to the total evaluation.
"Data print beginning/
end":
When activated, date and time are printed in the total evalua-
tion.
"Creating mean value": When activated, the calculated average value is printed in the
total evaluation.
"Deduct from attrib.area": If a customer-specific total has to be subtracted as returned
goods, enter the key attribute for the subtraction here. In the
standard setting "no key attribute" no subtraction takes place.
"Ded.da.rec.fr.attrib.val.": If you enter a key attribute for the subtraction process in the
previous row, enter the relevant value here.
Example: Key attribute ist "Batch number" (= renamed
<Simple text 1>), attribute value is the batch number whose to-
tal has to be reduced.
Example: Total evaluation A with subtraction
