3 Safety instructions
3.1 Requirements imposed on operating personnel
The device may only be operated by people who have been instructed in the operating
procedure. The operating personnel must be familiar with the safety devices on the device
and have to read and understand the safety instructions in this operating manual
.
Only qualified trade personnel or Bizerba service technicians may open
the device components
.
Even though the device is equipped with all the required safety installations, injuries to the
operating personnel or damage to property is possible if the safety instructions are not
heeded.
The statutory minimum age of the operating personnel is 14 years
. Please inform yourself
with regard to varying regulations in your own country.
3.2 Protective and safety devices
Do not start the device until all the protective and safety installations are in operation. The
protective and safety devices of the device must not be modified or avoided
